Awarded following an audit between April and May 2026, the Silver accreditation saw Livv achieve 100% compliance across all mandatory criteria and an overall compliance score of 88%, a result that reflects the maturity of its data-led approach to measuring and evidencing impact.
The accreditation marks a significant step in Livv's social value journey with SVQM, which began in 2024 with the Bronze accreditation. As one of its five strategic business priorities, social value sits at the heart of how Livv works, a value shared by its people, contract teams and senior leadership, and reflected in how the business delivers for its customers and communities.
Penny Fulker, Head of Workplace Experience for Livv, ISS, said: “Achieving SVQM Silver is a milestone we're incredibly proud of, but more than that, it's a reflection of who we are. Social value isn't an option for us, it's woven into the experiences we create, the inclusive culture we champion and the partnerships we build. To move from Bronze in 2024 to Silver, with 100% compliance across every mandatory criterion, shows just how deeply our teams have embedded that mindset.
“We're excited to keep building on this momentum and to keep creating positive change through every experience we deliver.”
