The IWFM Impact Awards are the FM industry’s largest and most prestigious awards, celebrating outstanding best practice and ingenuity across the industry by recognising the people, teams, projects, collaborations and organisations driving positive change in workplace and facilities management.

The five ISS submissions were shortlisted across four categories:

  • Social value: Standing Tall — ISS and Barclays CRES
  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative: Project Search — ISS and UBS; ISS UK Military Community and JointForces
  • People Development and Talent Retention: Women in Leadership Programmes Driving Real Change — ISS and Learnmore
  • Best Partnership Progression: Evolved Front of House: Go to Team — ISS and Barclays CRES

The five nominations represent one of the standout showings from any single organisation on the 2026 shortlist. The recognition also caps a strong run for ISS this year, with the business recently reaching the final of the PFM Awards 2026 in the ‘Partners in Corporate’ category. It reflects the strength of ISS’s people-first approach to FM, which places colleagues, customers and building users at the heart of how services are delivered.

Scott Davies, Chief Executive Officer for ISS UK & Ireland, said:

““I'm delighted to see five ISS submissions shortlisted at the IWFM Impact Awards, a fantastic recognition of the people and partnerships from across our business, and the outstanding work they deliver every day. These awards celebrate the very best of our industry, and to be recognised across a variety of categories is a real testament to the difference that our teams make for our customers and their workplaces.

"Congratulations to everyone involved, and I wish all of our finalists the very best of luck ahead of the ceremony in October."

Winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony on Thursday, 8 October 2026 in London.
