 Our Consultancy team leverage our service expertise to enhance the experience at every touch-point in the front of house customer journey. 
These projects include change programmes, quality and improvement projects, re-brand & re-fresh exercises and bespoke skills development.

Service Enhancement
Redefine and strengthen your front of house experience by identifying the touch-points in your service journey that are either missing or broken. Our specialisms cover:
  • Front of house - client environment and aesthetics, guest flow, processes and procedures, call handling and team behaviour
  • Technology - visitor management software, meeting and hospitality management, plus switchboard
