Creating healthier menus
We design and create recipes and menus based on the Nutmeg [http://www.nutmeg-uk.com] analysis nutritional analysis programme. This ensures we comply with the Caroline Walker Trust [http://www.cwt.org.uk] guidelines on healthy school meals. To make sure our menus are tasty and wholesome, we also work with a number of nutritionists, including a consultant dietician who is part of our team.

We're passionate about encouraging students to learn more about their meals and how their food choices can affect them. As members of the Food For Life [http://www.foodforlife.org.uk] partnership, we help educate children about food. We have also redesigned our menus to meet the partnership's objectives of reducing manufactured products and using local organic produce.
