Our support for the Real Living Wage
 
We are a founding member of the Recognised Living Wage Service Provider group and continue to support and promote the Real Living Wage as set by the Living Wage Foundation to our current and prospective customers. Through our CEO Matthew Brabin’s chairing of this group, we seek to promote wider adoption of Living Wage across the FM sector.

At ISS, we believe that paying the Living Wage makes sense for business, individuals and society as a whole. As a Service Provider, we have made a commitment to pay the Living Wage to staff who we employ directly on our own estate and to include a Living Wage submission in every tender. At the end of 2016, 37% of our employees were earning the Real Living Wage or above.
