Why this matters template_wellbeing v2

1. Achieve the annual safety targets (RIDDOR, LTIF, TAFR).
2. Achieve a 15% improvement to the question "I feel that ISS care about my wellbeing" in our annual employee survey by 2020.

Health and Safety performance

"2018 has proved to be a very busy year and from a H&S perspective we have seen some fantastic results with our LTIF at an all-time low of 0.29 and the number of RIDDORs at the lowest level recorded for ISS UK at 60. The number of Safety Heroes and Safety Leaders have continued to grow and their impact is definitely being seen within our safety performance".
Tim Proctor, Director of HSEQ and CR

Launching Wellbeing@ISS

On World Health and Safety Day 2018 we launched our new health and wellbeing policy – Wellbeing@ISS, based on the eight areas of Public Health England’s Wellbeing Charter. Wellbeing@ISS is about giving useful information and support to our people to make informed choices for their own wellbeing.

We have done this by creating a Wellbeing@ISS portal on our MyISS app, which is available to all employees. This portal hosts a range of information, videos, team activities, links, useful organisations and further reading for each of the eight areas.
