It's our experience of delivering innovation in highly technical environments that helped us to secure our contract with Fujitsu

Fujitsu trust ISS Technical Services to deliver a critical 24/7/ 365 maintenance service, thereby ensuring their core business objectives are met.  We have stringent response times to operate to, and work accordingly to Fujitsu’s specific service levels of initial response, final restoration and compliance and escalation processes.

Achievements:

The contract was extended in 2007 to include corporate offices in Northern Ireland, Northern England and the Midlands.  This was attributable to our previous track record of maintaining Fujitsu’s critical data centres.

Our service level agreements and key performance indicators are in line with Fujitsu’s network critical availability. ISS Technical Services have the capability to afford Fujitsu peace of mind that all of their business critical maintenance requirements are being fulfilled. We work in conjunction with Fujitsu to maximise uptime of their properties, in accordance with the Uptime Institute Management System, allowing Fujitsu to focus upon their core business.
