Danske Bank

ISS Technical Services was initially awarded the contract in April 2001 for a contract period of three years, following a competitive tender process.

At that time the contract was between ISS Technical Services and National Australia Bank Group’s Northern and National Irish Banks which have since been acquired by Danske Bank. ISS Technical Services now work in partnership with United Group Services who specialise in the corporate management of property services.

The contract was reviewed regularly, benchmarked and renewed thereafter. In April 2005, the contract was extended for a further six-months, then an additional three years. In 2007, as part of an enterprise procurement initiative, Danske Bank conducted a competitive tender process for Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance services. Consequently, ISS Technical Services were delighted to have been awarded another three year contract, which commenced from January of 2008 and incorporated 180 properties across the island of Ireland. In 2011 the contract was retendered to include building works and refurbishment project work and the provision of M&E services to all Danske Bank branches.

ISS Technical Services has been successful on this contract, due to the close working and mutually beneficial relationship that we have established with Danske. Our wealth of experience of operating within the financial sector and familiarity of business critical environments, has allowed us to add additional value to Danske Bank’s properties and maintain an exceptional standard of service delivery to every site in the portfolio, irrespective of location. We have also been able to demonstrate our diversity, development of knowledge and skill with regard to a providing a holistic approach  in delivering the customers changing needs.
