People / Security - ISS

The people behind your protection

Screening and licensing

In line with the stringent requirements of BS7858:2006 (Code of Practice for Security Screening of Individuals Employed in a Security Environment), our dedicated recruitment and vetting team conduct 5-year screening and SIA licence checks for all employees. Only when this is complete can an employee start work on site. Detailed vetting and personnel files are maintained for all staff, which are available for inspection by the NSI - as part of our ISO 9001 accreditation - and the SIA.

Continuity of service

We know you depend on reliable security services. That's why we will ensure a full complement of trained and licensed guards is always present at your site. You can also rest we will cover planned absences by planning rosters for all sites one month in advance. Our effective relief staffing means issues such as sickness will not affect service delivery. Succession planning is another key part of our proactive approach to ensuring continuous service.
