We operate a strict protocol to ensure that our vending machines are always fully stocked and in top working condition and our staff are fully trained in these tasks. Vending machines are stocked and cleaned first thing in the morning and then checked regularly throughout the day and refilled as necessary. The last job of the day before the catering team departs is to fill and clean the machines again, and ensure they have been correctly merchandised.
