Our Local Authority teams are committed to partnering with clients to produce consistent quality with confidence. Our managers are mainly recruited from a local authority background and have specific knowledge of the work. Our overall policy as a company is one of providing the most efficient, high quality, cost effective grounds maintenance service for our clients through a well trained and efficient work force.

The Green Flag Award is a recognised benchmark against which the quality of freely accessible parks and green spaces can be measured. It is praised as a standard of excellence in the Urban White Paper and now forms part of the local performance indicators for the Audit Commission.

Southend on Sea Borough Council - Priory Park

ISS Waterers has 2 major contracts with Southend on Sea Borough Council. These include 3 major parks, 28 schools and 47 sports pitches. During the summer months the Old World Garden in Priory Park is a mass of colour and variety, with a bold but formal bedding display. Other features include an ornate pond and fountain and large formal lawns. All the parks in Southend are heavily used by residents and tourists alike and are the focus of many events and activities throughout the year.

Services - Interior Plant Displays

ISS Waterers Landscape is one of the few companies in the UK with the experience and expertise to install and service atria projects, irrespective of size. We also maintain a large variety of high profile premises ranging in size from 20 to 1,700 displays. Our highly qualified interior team design, install and maintain a wide range of tropical and sub-tropical interior plants. We also supply and maintain artificial and preserved plants, dried flowers and faux topiary.

Our contracted stock is specifically produced for longevity on site. It is grown slowly under cool, low-humidity conditions, with low light input to ensure the plants will stand up to office use. As a result, although these plants take a little longer to produce, they will retain their original, pristine condition throughout their extended lifetime.

Cut Flowers

For the weekly deliveries to our large client base, our florists take every care to make up original, seasonal arrangements that complement our clients' offices and environment. We supply a wide and varied range of displays and offer a flexible approach and fast response to last minute requests.

Christmas Trees

ISS Waterers Landscape offers you a quality range of pre-lit replica trees, wreaths and garlands, inclusive of delivery, installation and removal.

The benefits of a replica tree are, early installation, great tree shape, greater uniformity of decoration, pre-lit. Real non-needle drop trees are available, as well as exterior trees with specialist installation and delivery.
