ISS UK Acquires Adviance Technical Solutions Ltd
ISS
UK has recently completed the acquisition of Adviance Technical Solutions Ltd.
Adviance provide mechanical and electrical maintenance services to both
commercial and industrial customers.
Founded by the management team in 2002 the
company has seen extraordinary growth and today has revenues in excess of £18m
per annum and a portfolio of blue chip corporate clients. Originally based in
and around London,
where its head office remains, Adviance has won contracts which now give it a
national delivery platform.
Adviance’s
revenues are predominately driven by maintenance services and as such are highly
complementary to the existing ISS Building Services Installation and Project
business.
The
acquisition is fully in line with the ISS Group strategy to offer customers both
single service excellence as well as its unique Integrated Facility Services
offer.
