Strata joins the ISS Group in the UK
It has been announced that ISS has acquired Strata Group
PLC
, thereby strengthening their ability to offer Security Services across the
United Kingdom
.
Operating out of their current offices in
Stockport
, Greater Manchester, Strata, with revenues in excess of £16m per annum, provide a wide range of Security Services across 6 major commercial sectors: Shopping Centres, Retail and
Leisure Parks, Distribution Centres, Manufacturing, Retail Premises and Business Centres. They have a regional presence in London and Scotland
Strata’s Managing Director, Ian Johns, a former Superintendent in the Cheshire Constabulary, and his management team will be joining ISS, along with the workforce of 700 security officers.
