"KPMG is a global organisation specialising in auditing, taxation and client advisory services. Their UK operation comprises of more than 30 offices with a staff compliment of around 10,000 and over 100,000 square metres of floor space.

The complexity of this contract is reflected in the organisation which ISS have established to ensure that service levels are constantly exceeded. A National Account team of eight managers as well as two office based service personnel ensure that the day to day operations are tackled as well as making sure that strategically, ISS move forward in a way which compliments that of KPMG. The contract also draws on the knowledge base of a national training team within ISS as well as that of an in house human resources operation.

The consolidation of its cleaning and associated services has allowed a genuine partnership approach to be adopted which has been instrumental in improvements in service delivery, costs and environmental impact. A consistent UK wide SLA is in operation which also ensures, through the use of an Output Specification, that local variations are reflected in the way we work."
