of OJEU notice to appointment of supplier
- Carrying out a review of the client requirements to understand the
following areas: building portfolio, scope of services, delivery method,
service level agreements, fixed and variable costs, contracts structure,
contractual commitments and incentivisation schemes
- Providing consultancy support to the client’s contract manager for the
entire procurement process, including preparation for getaway reviews
- Creation and management of the pre-qualification process
- Creation of all tender documentation including output based specifications
and service level agreements for each service
- Issue and then full evaluation of tender responses, including a selection
board evaluation of the ITT, followed by a short-listing, subsequent supplier
presentations, final evaluation and debriefing of unsuccessful suppliers
- Preferred service provider chosen after extensive evaluation
- Providing support for contract negotiation and mobilisation
